Delivery time depends on your location and the selected courier service. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third parties.
Returns & Exchanges
We only accept return or exchange requests for
– Products with manufacturing defects
– Incorrect items sent
Return requests must be submitted within 1×24 hours after the product is received, accompanied by unboxing video proof. Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with the original packaging and tags.
Products purchased on sale or promotion are not eligible for return.
