Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Flowhomme. We appreciate your trust and are committed to delivering quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please read the following return policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product received is damaged or has a manufacturing defect
  • The product received does not match the order (size/wrong item)

Return requests must be submitted within a maximum of 3×24 hours after the product is received by the customer. Please attach proof in the form of an unboxing video (mandatory) and detailed product photos as part of your request.


2. Conditions for Returnable Products

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • The product has not been used
  • The original tags are still attached
  • The product has not been washed or altered in any way
  • The product is returned in its original packaging

Products purchased during discounts, promotions, flash sales, or in the final sale category CANNOT be returned.


3. Return Procedure

To request a return, please:

  • Send an email to admin@flowcompany.info with the subject: Return [Order Number]

Include:

  • Full name and order number
  • Reason for return
  • Unboxing video and product photos

Our team will evaluate your request and contact you within 2×24 business hours.
Once approved, we will provide the return address. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the error is on our part.


4. Refunds

If the return is approved, we will:

  • Provide a full refund in the form of store credit or bank transfer (depending on agreement)
  • Process the refund within 3–7 business days after we receive the returned product and it passes quality inspection

We cannot issue a refund if:

  • The product does not meet the return criteria
  • The request is made after the specified time limit
  • There is no unboxing video proof when the package is opened

5. Additional Notes

We reserve the right to reject returns if there is any indication of policy misuse.
This policy only applies to purchases made through Flowhomme’s official website. For purchases through third parties or marketplaces, please refer to each platform’s policy.
